Rooted Slow Flow

Grace Tree Studio - West Chester, OH

A Creative slow flow, designed to balance the mind and body with controlled movements, breath awareness, and guided relxation. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements  focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. Slowing down provides an opportunity to relax the nervous system, open the body, and provides space to tune inward.

Appropriate for all ages shapes and sizes. No experience or flexibility required.

Yoga with Jen

Meet Jennifer Durren

Jennifer has been a practicing yogi for 7+ years. In those 7 years, Yoga has helped her cultivate a true mind body connection and mindful living practice. In 2020, after realizing how her practice kept her sanity in tact during Covid lockdowns, Jennifer decided to become a certified teacher. Jennifer is a 200 HR YTT who was certified in April 2021. Licensed and insured, Jennifer teaches classes at two local studios and is now offering private yoga sessions both in person and via zoom.

Jen creates a safe, accepting, affirming, and nurturing environment to practice breathe, intention, movement, meditation, and healing work. Jen artistically weaves together a beautiful yoga sequence that leaves me more embodied, flexible, peaceful, and expansive. I am confident in Jen’s yoga experience as well as her great love and integrity towards others.
